    Our product demos are fully functional versions (with the exception being that when you play the game, you are only allowed to play the Sample Game included with the demo). Using the demo, you can test all the functionality of the program.

Refund Policy
 
We guarantee that our software will operate properly on PC and PC compatibles using Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems. We will gladly replace defective or damaged CD-ROM's within 90 days of shipping date.
 
Since each computer is different, occasionally, an individual computer may give the purchaser problems either in the installation or operation of the program.
 
We will do everything in our power to get the program functioning properly on your computer. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions or the page dealing with errors. If neither of these pages help, then email us at:
On a business day, you will usually get an email response within 1-2 hours (we guarantee that you'll get a response within 24 hours whenever you submit an email).
 
In the event that we cannot get the software operational on your computer, email us and we'll give you an RMA (for CD's) or refund (for downloads). All returned CD's must be accompanied with this RMA, clearly marked on the outside of the package to:

We provide email tech support for up to 1 year after purchase of software. After 1 year, we support customers at our discretion.
